I have stayed in the japanese-style apartment with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card.

The property is clean and features incredible, accommodating staff. Guests enjoy great service and value. On-site parking is easy, and the secluded location is just a 5-minute walk to the subway. the restaurant is particularly good for dinner.

Helpful service and the food is DELICIOUS.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, amazing food, delightful views. I had individual and lovely modern room with down pillows. The location was good, adjacent to Niseko Village. Found a place called Yo, set not too far from the hotel, ate there a few times.

Convenient location, just a quick 300 meters stroll from the metro station. the staff here are super friendly and always ready to lend a hand. Had an amazing dinner at a top-notch restaurant nearby 🍽️.

I had a very comfortable time at this hotel and will choose it for sure for next trip. Clean property, services were great and location was marvellous and peaceful right at the central area of Hirafu area. Location: the hotel was near to hirafu gondola, and other restaurants. Niseko Village Ski district was worth visiting.

All the rooms are a nice size with nice facilities and the staff is very amiable. The breakfast is delicious except for the coffee, has savoury food.

This place is comfortably located near Annapuri or Niseko Village and Hokkaido, making it convenient.

The idea to include a microwave, coffee & tea making facilities, and fridges in the superior room was nice. The position of the hotel was marvellous and peaceful, to central area early.

Very nice staff who are both friendly and professional. the room is super cozy with a great view and even has 2 sofa beds and utensils. the facilities here are top-notch! 🌟

This place is in a great spot, very close to restaurants, the ski area, and bars; the staff is friendly and does a great job.
